n8n workflow monitoring
Know when an n8n workflow failed, then control what happens next.
Orchestria is a reliability layer for teams running critical n8n workflows. It turns scattered execution evidence into structured incidents and prepares deliberate, auditable recovery without taking ownership of your infrastructure.
Monitoring must cover more than red executions.
n8n can report explicit execution errors, but production workflows also fail by not starting, returning stale or empty data, or completing without producing the intended business result. Orchestria is being built to connect those signals to one incident model.
Execution failures
Collect the workflow, execution, node, timing, and error evidence needed to understand an explicit failure.
Silent failures
Look beyond a green execution status to missed schedules, stale outputs, empty results, and business outcomes that never arrived.
Incident diagnosis
Group related evidence, apply deterministic rules first, and escalate only genuinely ambiguous cases for advisory diagnosis.
Controlled recovery
Hold unsafe retries, preserve a recoverable version, and route higher-impact actions to the right human authority.
Rules first. AI only for ambiguity.
Known failure modes should remain deterministic and explainable. For ambiguous incidents, Claude is the first planned advisory provider. Evidence will be redacted, outputs will be schema-validated, and low-confidence diagnoses will require human review. AI will not modify workflows or bypass recovery policy.
Hosted early access, with a self-hosted path.
Teams can start with hosted Orchestria while retaining a deployment path for private networks, stricter compliance needs, or infrastructure ownership. The product is currently in early access and this page describes the intended operating model, not a claim of general availability.
